For her last dinner of the season, Chef Abigail goes to her favorite region for simple, classic flavors.

1st Course: Mezze, Muhammara, Tzatziki, Ful Medames, Fresh Flatbread
2nd Course: Roasted Carrot & Rice Salad – Pomegranate, Sumac, Feta, Green Olive Vinaigrette
3rd Course: Potato-Encrusted Market Grouper, Preserved Lemon, Cucumber & Tomato Relish, Herbed Pine Nut Couscous
4th Course: Apricot Pistachio Tart, Manuka Honey Whip
