Join Sarah Anfinson, a 30-yr veteran high-school Spanish teacher, in this three-week course to refresh your knowledge and take your Spanish to the next level. Sarah will expand on the basics from level 1 and teach useful conversational Spanish.

Join Sarah Anfinson – a high school Spanish teacher for 30 years – as she guides you through the first stage of your language journey. This level is perfect if you have little or no Spanish speaking experience.

Leigh Pujado is a health educator and clinical nutritionist operating Hibiscus Nutrition. Using a whole person, integrative approach, Leigh’s training is based on a Functional Medicine model and rooted in modern, evidence-based nutrition therapy. Her focus is on educating, guiding, and coaching individuals to better health through laboratory analysis, lifestyle and behavior change, supportive nutrients, and personalized dietary planning. She can also teach you how to cook!

Quilting with Margo Ellis

Start the new year off learning to quilt! This is a 4-week workshop of basic classes in cutting and piecing with a jelly roll of fabric (available at The Seam Shoppe), or 2 ½ inch strips of coordinating fabrics. (at least 15 strips.) All levels of skill are welcome. Familiarity with a sewing machine and sewing ¼ inch seams is a plus. Other project help is also available.
