1st Course: Pan-Seared Curry Scallops, Five-Spice Pork Belly, Pickled Cauliflower

2nd Course: Braised Short Ribs, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Balsamic Mushrooms

3rd Course: Florida Citrus Panna Cotta, Berry Compote

ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Brandon Queen, a longtime Key West resident, began his culinary journey after graduating from Key West High School, with an early passion for Italian cuisine inspired by classic films like Goodfellas and The Sopranos. He trained at the AAA Four Diamond Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid under Chef Brian Moyer, where he developed his foundation in high-level technique, before returning to Key West to work at Casa Marina and Reach Resort alongside chefs trained under Michelin-starred and nationally acclaimed kitchens, including Georges Blanc and Charlie Palmer. He is now head chef at The Upstairs Café at Louie’s Backyard, where he continues to showcase his versatile, flavor-driven approach.
