Chef Drew Wenzel is the chef and owner of Azur Restaurant, a Key West favorite known for its innovative take on contemporary European cuisine. Since opening Azur in 2007 with the late Chef Michael Mosi, Wenzel has built a reputation for pairing bold flavors with classic culinary techniques.
