Key West native Chef Evan DeRoche returns to Unity Table for another special evening showcasing the refined technique he developed in acclaimed kitchens throughout the Southeast, including Michelin-starred Wild Common. This elevated three-course dinner offers another opportunity to experience his distinctive culinary perspective close to home.

1st Course: Sea Scallop with Orange Glaze and Carrot Purée
2nd Course: New York Strip Steak with Roasted Broccolini, Potato Purée and Demi-Glaze
