ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Evan DeRoche, a Key West native, began his culinary journey after graduating from Key West High School and training in Orlando. He went on to refine his craft in Chattanooga and Charleston, working at notable restaurants including Circa 1886 and the Michelin-starred Wild Common, where he focused on tasting menu execution and technique. He has since returned to Key West, where he is currently the Executive Chef of Key West Yacht Club.
