1st Course: Sweet Corn Risotto with Wild Shrimp, Bacon, Tarragon, Yuzu, and Crème Fraîche

2nd Course: Scallops with Crispy Potatoes, Harissa, Chorizo, and Sweet Corn Vinaigrette

3rd Course: Duroc Pork with Roasted Plums, Fennel, Marcona Almonds, and Verbena-Infused Shallot Glaze

4th Course: Fondant au Chocolat with Hazelnuts, Chocolate Streusel, and Salted Caramel Gelato
