Chef Dan closes out his All-Italian Menus Month with a refined, seasonal finale featuring more of his famous handmade pasta. 

1st Course: Grilled Endive & Radicchio Salad, Walnut and Currant Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola, Chives

2nd Course: Handmade Fettuccini, Rock Shrimp, Tomato Cream Sauce, Peas, Tarragon

3rd Course: Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème, Tart Cherry Cream
