Join Daniel McCurdy for an elevated evening of classic French flavors and thoughtfully selected wines at Unity Table. Daniel will guide guests through four distinct pairings, from Champagne and a selection of soft cheeses to duck breast with cherry compote and a beautifully sweet Sauternes finish.

1st Course: Soft Cheese Plate, Paired with Piper-Heidsieck Champagne

2nd Course: Rocket Salad, Pear, Goat Cheese, Paired with Jean Beauvillon Sancerre

3rd Course: Duck Breast, Roasted Sweet Potato, Cherry Compote, Paired with Domaine Les Escondudes Châteauneuf-du-Pape

4th Course: Poached Pear, Blue Cheese, Paired with Carmes de Rieussec Sauternes
