Join Chef Dan Spitz for an intimate Spanish-inspired evening featuring the coveted Iberico pork roast. This three-course menu celebrates the bold, rustic flavors of Spain balanced with fresh coastal influences — from bright Key West seafood to rich winter vegetables and citrus-forward dessert.

1st Course: Seafood and Farro Salad with Key West Pink Shrimp, Mussels, Calamari, Citrus Vinaigrette, Capers, Garlic, Shellfish Butter
2nd Course: Roasted Iberico Bone-In Pork Roast with Braised Fennel, Celeriac and Gruyère Gratin, Romesco Crema
3rd Course: Meyer Lemon Crème Brûlée
