This Spring, join Chef Abigail for a series of dinners derived from the many food-related notebooks she’s filled with ideas and musings over the years. Some of these dishes are first-time experiments, some are versions that have been tweaked over the seasons. Either way, these evenings promise to be full of fun creations.
1st Course: Gingered Tomato Soup, Deviled Crab, Scallion Toast
2nd Course: Seared Halloumi Crouton Salad, Little Gem Lettuce, Pickled Golden Raisins, Persian Cucumber, Charred Olive Vinaigrette
3rd Course: Sour Cherry Black Pepper Roasted Chicken Thighs, Fresh Herb Raita, Warm Lentils
4th Course: Lemon-Elderflower Tart, Gingersnap Crust
