3rd Course: Sake-Soaked Watermelon with Torched Tuna, Pure Wasabi

4th Course: Grilled Hanger Steak with Spruce Tip Honey & Shishito Peppers

5th Course: Ginger Panna Cotta with Tart Cherry Reduction & Sakura Salted Blossoms
