Chef Martha turns up the heat for this bold and flavor-packed dinner inspired by spicy dishes from around the world. From smoky chutneys and fiery curries to a sweet finish with a kick, each course is designed to balance heat, depth, and vibrant seasonal flavor.

1st Course: Grilled Eggplant with Shug Sauce & Charred Tomato Chutney
2nd Course: Beet Tartare with Serrano, Feta & Date-Caraway Sauce
3rd Course: Northern Thai Curry with Pork
4th Course: Double Chocolate Cake with Habanero Cinnamon Ice Cream
