Award-winning jazz pianist Tamir Hendelman presents a solo piano program that is guaranteed to delight. In his playing and arrangements, he explores jazz standards, Brazilian music, and blues, all through the lens of his Israeli roots. A longtime member of the Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, Tamir Hendelman has recorded with Barbra Streisand, Natalie Cole, and Paul McCartney — as well
as toured with James Moody, Houston Person, Terell Stafford and Roberta Gambarini. His own trio’s recordings reached the top of the US charts and he currently teaches at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music.
