Inspired by the World of Spices class from her Culinary Discovery Series, Chef Martha Hubbard brings those lessons to the table in a dinner that celebrates the flavor, aroma, and versatility of spices that may already be in your pantry.

1st Course: Flat Bread With Tomato & Poppy Seed Spice Blend
2nd Course: Grilled Swordfish, Warm Vinaigrette of Caraway, Cinnamon & White Pepper. Cabbage Salad
3rd Course: Olive Oil Cake With Fennel & Black Peppercorn, Ginger Cream
