In this workshop Chef Martha will go over the many types of knives and their uses, a brief demonstration of how to sharpen and keep the edge of your knife. You will learn how to chop, slice and dice. These worksop are demonstration based with hands on components. Please bring an apron, close toed shoes and your cooking knife if you have one.
