Balanced Body Stretch with Betina Justice

Join instructor Betina for this full-body stretch class focused on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and overall balance. Balanced body stretching targets all major muscle groups to support alignment and help prevent injuries caused by imbalances. This class combines dynamic, controlled movements to warm up the body with static, held stretches—including elements of yoga.

Active stretching is also incorporated, using your own muscle strength to hold poses while building strength and increasing range of motion. All fitness levels welcome.
