The 72-Hour Film Challenge at Williams Hall (Event 2 of 2)

Calling all aspiring filmmakers, directors, writers, and actors! The highly-anticipated 72-Hour Film Challenge is back, hosted at Williams Hall and proudly sponsored by the Key West Film Festival.

Filmmakers of all ages and experience levels, whether seasoned pros or first-time participants, are invited to join the challenge and it’s free to participate! The mission: to write, direct, and edit a short film within a frenetic 72-hour window. If you love movies and ever dreamt of being a filmmaker, now is your chance! Gather your filmmaking crew and register your team at the email below. Then meet us at Williams Hall on September 29th or October 12th to get all the 72-Hour Film Challenge info and kick off your filming challenge!

As a thrilling bonus, all films created during the challenge will be featured at this year's Key West Film Festival, taking place from November 15th-19th.

To accommodate more teams, we are offering two challenge kick-off dates:

  • Kick Off 1: September 29th at 6:00 p.m. @ Williams Hall

  • Kick Off 2: October 12th at 6:00 p.m. @ Williams Hall
