Gentle Flow Yoga with Abi Lockwood

Every Monday & Friday, join Abi for a welcoming, all-levels yoga class rooted in the connection between breath and movement. Through mindful sequences, gentle stretches, and intentional pauses, students are encouraged to move at their own pace while creating space in both body and mind. This practice focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating balance while honoring where you are each day. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a supportive environment to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself.

Abi Lockwood moved to Key West in 2018 and has been teaching yoga in the community ever since. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and has accumulated over 500 hours of teaching experience. A lover of the ocean, nature, and mindful living, Abi brings a warm, encouraging, and lighthearted approach to every class.
