4th Course: Dashi-Poached Daikon with Yuzu Miso Sauce

5th Course: Jasmine Tea Smoked Duck, Cherries & Matsutake Shoyu

6th Course: Stir-Fried Lotus Root, Pickled Water Chestnuts & Ginger Shoyu

7th Course: Grouper with Sakura Tea Broth & Cherry Blossom Soy

8th Course: Vegetable Ojiya, Rice Porridge, Whiskey Barrel Aged Shoyu

9th Course: Yuzu Kosho Beef and Black Garlic Molasses

10th Course: Japanese 7-Spice Panna Cotta with Gingered Cherries
