1st Course: Amuse Plates - Pate de Foie Gras & Roasted Pear, Cold Water Oysters and Classic Mignonette Sauce, Shot of Barley Soup

2nd Course: Cold Asparagus Salad, Saffron Vinaigrette and Micro Lettuce

3rd Course: Petit Filet Mignon, Torchon de Foie Gras, Chateaux Potatoes with Madeira and Red Wine

4th Course: Duck Leg and Roasted Apple and Farro

5th Course: Dessert Sampling: Punch Romaine, Waldorf Pudding, and Chef’s Sampling Cheese Board
