Chef Martha will teach about curing salmon and talk about simple spice blends for seafood to get you inspired to start using more spices. $15 Online Class - Zoom link will be emailed 2 hours prior to start of class

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Salmon Fausto’s has wonderful salmon from Faroe Islands
  • 3 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 2 Tbs black pepper corns
  • 11/2 tsp dill seed
  • 1/2 tsp caraway
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard seed
  • 6 sprigs of dill

Ahead of class:

  • Measure out spices

Equipment:

  • Spice grinder
  • Mixing bowl
