- 1lb crab meat
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 11/2 tsp coriander
- 1tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 11/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt pepper and canola
Ahead of class:
- Measure out all of the spices
- Clean crab meat (make sure no bones are in the meat)
