  • Course 2: Bibb lettuce with grilled peaches , spicy pecans , crackling corn bread and herb buttermilk dressing

  • Course 3: Braised pork shoulder with creamed corn, tomato gravy and southern greens

  • Course 4: Cornmeal crusted buttermilk pie with rhubarb sauce
