Course 1: Deviled eggs with stone crab.
Course 2: Smoked root vegetable salad with stone crab and herb buttermilk dressing.
Course 3: Coffee braised short ribs with cheese grits collard greens and stone crab remoulade.
Course 4: Carolina rice pudding with citrus marmalade.
