Course 2: Day boat scallop, cauliflower mash, golden raisin caper vinaigrette.
Course 3: Pulpo ala Plancha ,fingerling potato salad, red onion jam, candied lemon.
Course 4: Chili Braised Venison osso bucco, butternut squash tamale.
