1st Course: Tuna Crudo with Serrano, Aguachile, and Harissa
2nd Course: Diver Scallop with Corn Jus, Bacon Lardons, and Toasted Farro
3rd Course: Duck Breast with Brown Butter-Infused Honey, Pickled Fennel, and Squash Crema
4th Course: Braised Beef Cheek with Warm Mushroom Salad, Méchant du Vin, and Creamy Polenta
5th Course: Champagne-Soaked Sponge Cake with Fromage Blanc, Marcona Praline, Cinnamon Verjus Baked Apples
