Meditation is a centuries-old practice integrating body, mind and breath for a sense of calm and balance to enhance your emotional well-being and overall health. If you are new to meditation or are interested in refreshing your practice, this course will help deepen your understanding of Mindfulness techniques and Zen teachings and provide the tools of physical relaxation, emotional regulation and stress reduction. You may attend one class or all.
