Gentle Tai Chi and Qi Gong Flow

Join instructor Michele D. Brunschwig for this moving meditation class. This hour long class is a combination of movements originating from Tai Chi forms and expressed as a Qi Gong flow. It is a nurturing practice which promotes stability, relaxation and flexibility.
