Senior Fitness with Kimmie Labrada

An upbeat low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular health, and support mobility for activities of daily living! We’ll use a variety of equipment, and all fitness levels are welcome to join!

*Parking is available at the Key West Bight Parking lot on Caroline Street.

+ ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Kimmie Labrada is a former 1st grade teacher and busy mom of 2 young girls. She didn’t discover a passion for fitness until after her second child was born in 2017, when she started attending a mommy and me workout group. She quickly fell in love with the social element of exercising, and decided to pursue leading group fitness classes professionally. She holds a group fitness instructor certification through ACE, and is working toward obtaining her personal training certification as well. Motivating clients to break through barriers and give it their all each and every workout is her absolute joy!
