- 2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 red chili, Fresno works or a Serrano
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup arugula
- 2 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley leaves
- Salt and pepper
Ahead of class:
