Chef Martha Presents Saffron

Chef Martha will show the different grades of saffron and how to use it in a pan roasted potato dish. $15 Online Class - Zoom link will be emailed 2 hours prior to start of class

+ Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2# Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 11/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp chili flake
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Ahead of class:

  • Dice potatoes in 1” dice and place in water to cover
  • Measure out all of the ingredients

Equipment:

  • Sauté pan and lid
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • Spice grinder
