Ingredients:
- 2# Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- Pinch of saffron
- 11/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp chili flake
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Ahead of class:
- Dice potatoes in 1” dice and place in water to cover
- Measure out all of the ingredients

- Spatula or wooden spoon
