  • Course 2: Roasted mushroom salad with roasted cherry vinaigrette

  • Course 3: Cherry blossom soy glazed scallops with sweet potatoes and mustard greens

  • Course 4: Coconut mochi cake with jasmine tea and cherry sauceserves
