World Cuisine Workshop Presents Mexican Cuisine: Salsas and Relishes

Join Chef Martha and discover the tastes of Oaxaca as we explore the origin recipes, culture and geography of Mexico cuisine. This week's workshop will teach you about the dry chili’s and foods used in these traditional recipes. Classes are hands on and will be using Diane Kennedy’s cookbook The Cuisines of Mexico for inspiration and recipes. Please bring an apron, close toed shoes and your cooking knife if you have one.
